It's early morning here in the UK. It's the beginning of August and it's another typical dark, rainy, dank kind of day. it's quite oppressive it's quite depressing outside but I'm just about to go for a walk. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm anticipating my walk. I await with pleasure the moment when I can leave when I can depart, when I can set out on my walk.

OK, so this might sound crazy, ridiculous, it might be a gaffe or something I shouldn´t do, a faux pas perhaps. I think that this could be a cutting edge, leading, avant-garde discussion though.
I don´t think this is a bad idea.

So it's a little bit of a clickbait title, perhaps, and I apologise for that. Clickbait, being something on the internet which is generated to make people click on it. It may be something provocative, it may even be something misleading and I hope that this episode is neither of those two things. It may be a little bit provocative but I don't think it's misleading.

Hello, hello, hello and welcome to the first one of these podcasts. My name is Andrew and we are going to be looking at some English in context. So, the idea here is that these are going to be sort of weekly, maybe 20, maybe 30 minute long podcasts to really help elevate your English skills. To get you familiar with some new terms as I said in the introduction.
